We were delighted and overjoyed after the heartache of trying for quite a long time. Anyway, one day, the sickness, strong sense of smell etc just vanished I seem to be having a very early miscarriage. This would have been my first pregnancy and I have a question about what to expect. Apologies for graphic detail.
